Itinerary

Day 1 - Arrival Day

Upon landing at Yogyakarta International Airport, our people will meet you and escort you to your hotel in the city with a private transfer. After settling in, enjoy your free time to rest or explore your surroundings. This first day is designed for a smooth arrival and a comfortable introduction to Yogyakarta’s culture.

Day 2 - Yogyakarta City Heritage & Borobudur Temple Tour

After breakfast, begin your cultural exploration at the Sultan Palace (Keraton Yogyakarta), the royal residence and ceremonial center of Javanese culture, where traditional customs and heritage are still honored today. Continue to the historic Taman Sari Water Castle, a former royal garden and bathing complex built for the Sultan and his family.

After enjoying lunch at a local restaurant, head to the magnificent Borobudur Temple, the world’s largest Buddhist monument and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Admire its ancient architecture, detailed stone carvings, and panoramic views. The journey continues to Pawon Temple and Mendut Temple, two important sacred temples that form a spiritual alignment with Borobudur. After the tour, return to your hotel to relax and unwind.

Day 3 - Merapi Jeep Adventure & Ullen Sentalu Museum

After breakfast, set out for an exciting adventure to Kaliadem Village for Merapi Lava Tour by 4×4 Jeep. Ride through rugged landscapes created by the famous Mount Merapi eruption and visit key highlights including the Mini Museum Sisa Hartaku, Alien Stone/Stonehenge viewpoints, the historic Kaliadem Bunker/Lost World Castle, and the scenic Kali Kuning Water Trail. Along the way, take in dramatic mountain views and witness traces of nature’s power and recovery.

Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before continuing to the beautiful and artistic Ullen Sentalu Museum, one of Java’s most renowned museums dedicated to Javanese royal history, art, fashion, and culture. Discover intimate stories of the Javanese kingdoms and admire unique cultural collections. Then, rreturn to your hotel for leisure time and rest.

Day 4 - Prambanan Temple & Ratu Boko Archaeological Site

After breakfast, head to the magnificent Prambanan Temple Complex, the most beautiful and largest Hindu temple in Indonesia. Explore its impressive ancient structures, towering shrines, and detailed stone carvings that tell the stories of Hindu mythology. Continue the journey to Ratu Boko, an archaeological site located on a hilltop, offering historical ruins and breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.

Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant near Prambanan. After the tour, return to your hotel and spend the rest of the day at your own leisure. Relax, unwind, or explore more of Yogyakarta on your own.

Day 5 - Overland Journey: Yogyakarta to Bromo Area

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before checking out. Today, you will leave Yogyakarta and begin the scenic overland journey to Bromo. Relax and take in the changing landscapes as you travel by private car. Along the way, you’ll stop for lunch at a comfortable rest area before continuing the drive toward the highlands of Bromo.

Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and enjoy the rest of the evening at your leisure, preparing for the early adventure tomorrow.

Day 6 - Mount Bromo Sunrise Adventure & Return to Yogyakarta

Start your day early as a private Jeep picks you up from the hotel between 03:00–05:30 AM. Your first stop is the spectacular Sunrise Point at Pananjakan, one of the best viewpoints to witness the golden sunrise over Mount Bromo and the stunning volcanic landscape.

After sunrise, continue your Bromo adventure by exploring the iconic Kawah Bromo (Bromo Crater), crossing the dramatic Sea of Sand, and visiting the sacred Pura Luhur Poten temple. The journey continues to the scenic highlands of Savana Bromo and Bukit Teletubbies, followed by the enchanting desert-like stretch of Pasir Berbisik, famous for its vast and mystical scenery. At around 10:00 AM, return to the hotel to refresh and prepare for check-out. After checking out, begin your journey return to Yogyakarta. Upon arrival, check in to the hotel and enjoy a well-deserved rest.

Day 7 - Free Program to Explore Surabaya

After breakfast, enjoy a free day to explore Surabaya at your own pace. You may stroll along Tunjungan Street for shopping and local snacks, or visit House of Sampoerna, a museum showcasing Indonesia’s famous kretek (clove cigarette) history. For cultural experiences, explore Surabaya’s old town (Kota Pahlawan) with its Dutch colonial architecture, vibrant street markets, and charming cafés. Nature lovers can take a short trip to Mangrove Wonorejo or relax at Kenjeran Beach. You may also try unique experiences like street-food tasting, visiting art galleries, or participating in local craft workshops. This free day is perfect for discovering the vibrant culture, history, and modern charm of Surabaya in your own style.

Day 8 - Departure Day

After breakfast and hotel check-out, enjoy some free time to explore Surabaya’s local markets and shops for souvenirs, such as traditional snacks, local crafts, and specialty treats perfect for family and friends. Savor lunch at a local restaurant before your transfer to the Juanda International Airport of Surabaya. This marks the end of your memorable journey.   1. Tour duration max. 12h/day
  2. Deposit & Booking Confirmation:
    • A minimum deposit of 10% of the total tour price is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. 
    • Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit payment is received and acknowledged by us.
    • If the deposit is not received by the due date indicated in the invoice, we reserve the right to cancel your booking without notice.
  3. Balance Payment:
    The remaining balance is payable upon arrival and must be settled in full before the tour begins.
  4. Cancellation & Refund Policy: 
    Refunds are processed based on the cancellation date relative to the departure date. Cancellation fees increase as the departure date approaches due to confirmed third-party services.
    • ≥ 30 days before departure
    A refund will be free. 
    • Cancellations made less than 30 days before departure (after flight booking)
    A 10% charge from the total amount for administration and reservation fee.
    • Less than 7 days before departure / No-show
    No refund will be provided; the full amount will be charged.
  5. Cancellation by the Company
    If the tour is cancelled by us due to operational reasons, extreme weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), guests will be entitled to one of the following options:
    • 100% refund of all payment
    • Rescheduling the trip or receiving a travel voucher, subject to mutual agreement.
  6. Refund Process: 
    • Refunds will be processed within 7–30 business days after the cancellation has been confirmed.
    • Any bank transfer fees or third-party charges, if applicable, will be deducted from the refund amount.
  7. We are not responsible for any expenses incurred outside the tour package, including but not limited to separately purchased flights, visas, and travel insurance.

Yes, travel date changes may be requested subject to availability and must be made in writing. Date changes are generally allowed if requested at least 14 days before departure.

• Date changes requested less than 14 days before departure may be treated as a cancellation and will follow the applicable cancellation policy.
