Day 1 - Arrival in Yogyakarta

Upon your arrival at Yogyakarta International Airport, our team will welcome you and provide private transportation to your hotel in the city. After check-in, take your time to settle in and relax after the journey. The rest of the day is free for you to enjoy at your own pace.

During your free time, you may choose to unwind together with hotel facilities such as the pool, spa, or lounge, or take a romantic walk around the surrounding area. If you prefer to explore outside, you can visit nearby cafés, enjoy a relaxing couple’s massage, or watch the sunset from a rooftop restaurant. This is the perfect way to begin your honeymoon in a calm and intimate setting before the adventure starts.

Day 2 - Royal Culture & Heritage Romance of Yogyakarta

Day 6 - Mount Bromo Sunrise Adventure & Journey to Surabaya

Begin your magical day before sunrise as a private Jeep picks you up between 03:00–05:30 AM. Day 8 - Departure Day

After enjoying your final breakfast in Surabaya, take the morning to relax until it’s time to check out from your hotel. Our team will pick you up and transfer you comfortably to Juanda International Airport for your departure flight.   1. Tour duration max. 12h/day
  2. Deposit & Booking Confirmation:
    • A minimum deposit of 10% of the total tour price is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. 
    • Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit payment is received and acknowledged by us.
    • If the deposit is not received by the due date indicated in the invoice, we reserve the right to cancel your booking without notice.
  3. Balance Payment:
    The remaining balance is payable upon arrival and must be settled in full before the tour begins.
  4. Cancellation & Refund Policy: 
    Refunds are processed based on the cancellation date relative to the departure date. Cancellation fees increase as the departure date approaches due to confirmed third-party services.
    • ≥ 30 days before departure
    A refund will be free. 
    • Cancellations made less than 30 days before departure (after flight booking)
    A 10% charge from the total amount for administration and reservation fee.
    • Less than 7 days before departure / No-show
    No refund will be provided; the full amount will be charged.
  5. Cancellation by the Company
    If the tour is cancelled by us due to operational reasons, extreme weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), guests will be entitled to one of the following options:
    • 100% refund of all payment
    • Rescheduling the trip or receiving a travel voucher, subject to mutual agreement.
  6. Refund Process: 
    • Refunds will be processed within 7–30 business days after the cancellation has been confirmed.
    • Any bank transfer fees or third-party charges, if applicable, will be deducted from the refund amount.
  7. We are not responsible for any expenses incurred outside the tour package, including but not limited to separately purchased flights, visas, and travel insurance.
