Itinerary

Day 1 - Arrival Day

Welcome to Jakarta, the vibrant capital of Indonesia! Upon arrival at Soekarno–Hatta International Airport, our people will warmly greet you and provide a private transfer to your hotel for check-in. The rest of the day is yours to enjoy at leisure. You can take this time to relax after your journey, explore the hotel nearby area, or simply unwind at the hotel. You may choose to stroll around, visit local cafés, or enjoy a refreshing swim, preparing yourself for the exciting adventure ahead.

Day 2 - Jakarta City Tour

After breakfast at your hotel, enjoy a guided Jakarta city tour, exploring the city’s rich history and vibrant culture. Visit Sunda Kelapa Harbour, where traditional wooden schooners reflect Jakarta’s maritime past; stroll through Fatahillah Museum in the old town to admire colonial architecture and historical exhibits; wander Chinatown to experience colorful markets and local life; and see iconic landmarks such as National Monument (Monas) and Merdeka Palace. After that, return to your hotel for peacefully rest.

Day 3 - Full-Day Bandung & Lembang Exploration Tour

Start your day with breakfast at the hotel before being picked up by your driver. Begin the scenic journey from Jakarta to Bandung, where you’ll be welcomed by refreshing mountain air and stunning natural landscapes upon arrival. Your first stop takes you through serene rice fields and a local village, offering a glimpse into the daily life and traditional culture of West Java. Continue to the famous Tangkuban Perahu Volcano, where you can admire the dramatic crater views and volcanic scenery.

Next, visit a lush tea plantation, followed by a stop at a Luwak coffee site to learn how one of the world’s most unique coffees is produced. Afterward, head to Lembang Fruit Market, a vibrant spot filled with fresh produce and local specialties. Day 4 - Travel from Jakarta to Yogyakarta

Begin your early morning with a transfer to Jakarta Station at 05:00 a.m. From there, you will board the train departing at 07:55 a.m. for a comfortable and scenic journey to Yogyakarta. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the views as you travel across Java’s changing landscapes.

Upon arrival at Yogyakarta Station, you will be picked up and transferred to your hotel for check-in. The rest of the day is yours to enjoy at leisure—take time to relax, explore the nearby area, or unwind after your journey. This free program allows you to begin your Yogyakarta adventure at your own pace.

Day 5 - Borobudur, Temples, Ullen Sentalu & Merapi Lava Tour

Start your day with breakfast at the hotel before beginning your cultural and adventure-filled journey. Your first visit takes you to the Borobudur Temple courtyard, where you can appreciate the beauty and grandeur of this magnificent UNESCO World Heritage site. Continue to Pawon and Mendut Temples, two smaller temples closely connected to Borobudur and rich in historical significance. Afterward, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before heading to the Ullen Sentalu Museum, famous for its stunning architecture and insightful exhibitions on Javanese art, culture, and royal heritage. In the afternoon, embark on a thrilling 2.5-hour Merapi Lava Tour by 4×4 Jeep, exploring highlights such as Museum Mini Sisa Hartaku, Alien Stone/Stonehenge, the Kaliadem Bunker or Lost World Castle area, and the scenic Kali Kuning Water Trail. Conclude the day with dinner at a local restaurant before returning to your hotel for a restful evening.

Day 6 - Yogyakarta Cultural Heritage

Begin your day with breakfast at the hotel before setting out to explore Yogyakarta’s cultural heart. Visit the Sultan Palace (Keraton Yogyakarta), the highest-ranking royal court in Indonesia, where traditional Javanese customs are still preserved and practiced. Immerse yourself in the rich history, stunning architecture, and cultural heritage of this living palace. Next, explore the Taman Sari Water Castle, a historic royal garden with pools, canals, and hidden passageways, offering a glimpse into the elegance and sophistication of Javanese royalty.

Enjoy a traditional lunch at Bale Raos Restaurant, known for its authentic Javanese cuisine and royal-inspired dishes. Return to your hotel and enjoy free time to relax, you can explore Malioboro Street, visit local cafés, shop for souvenirs, or simply soak in the city’s vibrant atmosphere at your own pace.

Day 7 - Journey from Yogyakarta to Mount Bromo by Train

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before spending the morning at your leisure. Use this free time to relax or prepare for your upcoming Bromo adventure. In the late afternoon, your driver will pick you up between 5:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. for a transfer to the train station. At 6:30 p.m, board the train from Yogyakarta for an evening journey to East Java. Settle in and enjoy a comfortable ride through the night as you make your way toward Bromo. Arrive in Malang around 11:30 p.m. and continue the journey to Sukapura Village, reaching the area around 01:30 a.m.

Day 8 - Mount Bromo Sunrise & Journey to Malang and Surabaya

Transfer to a 4×4 Jeep and begin the scenic drive to the Sunrise View Point. Upon arrival, enjoy a warm coffee break while waiting for the first light to appear. From 04:30 a.m. to 06:00 a.m., witness the breathtaking sunrise over Mount Bromo, one of Indonesia’s most iconic landscapes.

 

 

After sunrise, head toward the crater area and begin your volcano climb, taking in the dramatic scenery surrounding the caldera. Once the descent is complete, enjoy breakfast at a local restaurant before continuing the journey to Surabaya. Arrive at the drop-off point around noon, where your driver will meet you. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before checking in to your hotel around 14:00, with the rest of the day free for you to relax and unwind.

Day 9 - Departure Day to Juanda International Airport

Enjoy your final breakfast at the hotel before checking out. Take a last moment to relax and soak in the city atmosphere or do some quick local shopping if time allows. Afterwards, our team will provide a comfortable transfer to Juanda International Airport (SUB) for your departure flight, marking the end of your unforgettable journey across Java.

  2. Deposit & Booking Confirmation:
    • A minimum deposit of 10% of the total tour price is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. 
    • Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit payment is received and acknowledged by us.
    • If the deposit is not received by the due date indicated in the invoice, we reserve the right to cancel your booking without notice.
  3. Balance Payment:
    The remaining balance is payable upon arrival and must be settled in full before the tour begins.
  4. Cancellation & Refund Policy: 
    Refunds are processed based on the cancellation date relative to the departure date. Cancellation fees increase as the departure date approaches due to confirmed third-party services.
    • ≥ 30 days before departure
    A refund will be free. 
    • Cancellations made less than 30 days before departure (after flight booking)
    A 10% charge from the total amount for administration and reservation fee.
    • Less than 7 days before departure / No-show
    No refund will be provided; the full amount will be charged.
  5. Cancellation by the Company
    If the tour is cancelled by us due to operational reasons, extreme weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), guests will be entitled to one of the following options:
    • 100% refund of all payment
    • Rescheduling the trip or receiving a travel voucher, subject to mutual agreement.
  6. Refund Process: 
    • Refunds will be processed within 7–30 business days after the cancellation has been confirmed.
    • Any bank transfer fees or third-party charges, if applicable, will be deducted from the refund amount.
  7. We are not responsible for any expenses incurred outside the tour package, including but not limited to separately purchased flights, visas, and travel insurance.
