The Mount Ijen Blue Fire Trek & Baluran National Park Safari Tour offers a captivating journey through East Java’s most iconic natural landscapes. Witness the rare blue fire phenomenon during an early-morning trek to Mount Ijen’s crater, followed by sunrise views over the turquoise acidic lake. The adventure continues with a safari-style exploration of Baluran National Park, known as the “Little Africa of Java,” where vast savannas, coastal forests, and diverse wildlife create a striking contrast of scenery. Guided by experienced local professionals, this well-paced journey combines volcanic adventure, scenic exploration, and wildlife encounters for an unforgettable East Java experience.

1. Children aged 10–11 may join upon request and must be accompanied by parents.
2. All participants must be in good physical and mental health at the time of the trek.
3. Participants should not have any medical history or conditions that could pose a risk to themselves or others during the trek.
4. Deposit & Booking Confirmation:
   • A minimum deposit of 10% of the total tour price is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. 
   • Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit payment is received and acknowledged by us.
   • If the deposit is not received by the due date indicated in the invoice, we reserve the right to cancel your booking without notice.
5. Balance Payment:
   The remaining balance is payable upon arrival and must be settled in full before the tour begins.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy: 
   Refunds are processed based on the cancellation date relative to the departure date. Cancellation fees increase as the departure date approaches due to confirmed third-party services.
   • ≥ 30 days before departure
   A refund will be free. 
   • Cancellations made less than 30 days before departure (after flight booking)
   A 10% charge from the total amount for administration and reservation fee.
   • Less than 7 days before departure / No-show
   No refund will be provided; the full amount will be charged.
7. Cancellation by the Company
   If the tour is cancelled by us due to operational reasons, extreme weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), guests will be entitled to one of the following options:
   • 100% refund of all payment
   • Rescheduling the trip or receiving a travel voucher, subject to mutual agreement.
8. Refund Process: 
   • Refunds will be processed within 7–30 business days after the cancellation has been confirmed.
   • Any bank transfer fees or third-party charges, if applicable, will be deducted from the refund amount.
9. We are not responsible for any expenses incurred outside the tour package, including but not limited to separately purchased flights, visas, and travel insurance.
